EURC is Circle's euro stablecoin on Base — the euro-denominated sibling of USDC, issued under the same regulated-issuer model. The contract 0x60a3e35cc302bfa44cb288bc5a4f316fdb1adb42 is what our scan tracks: $3.4 million of pool liquidity as of September 27, 2026.
The single thing to get right: this token is stable against the euro, not the dollar — its USD price moves with EUR/USD, and a dollar-based holder carries FX exposure either direction. Underneath that sits the standard Circle model — fiat reserves held by the issuer, redemption through Circle's channels, and the issuer's ability to freeze addresses, which is a feature of the regulated model rather than a bug to discover later.
DBR is the governance token of deBridge, the cross-chain messaging and transfer protocol, launched in an October 2024 airdrop to the protocol's users. The September 26, 2026 snapshot reads roughly $131.0 million of circulating market capitalization across 82,780 holders on mint DBRiDgJAMsM95moTzJs7M9LnkGErpbv9v6CUR1DXnUu5.
The supply has two honest layers. On-chain: mint authority revoked, freeze authority revoked, creator-associated wallet under 0.01% — all confirmed, nothing in the contract can be turned against holders. Tokenomics: fully diluted value reads about $221 million against the $131 million circulating, so roughly forty percent of eventual supply is still locked and scheduled. Clean mechanics and unlock pressure coexist here, as they do on most infrastructure tokens of this vintage.
By tracked market cap: EURC (Base) measures $459.68M and DBR (Solana) measures $131.03M — dated snapshots, not a live feed.
On the contract checks we publish: EURC (Base) grades B and DBR (Solana) grades A. A grade is a structural check on the contract, not a promise about the asset.
Between 2026-09-14 and 2026-09-27T15:10:18, the measured snapshots show EURC at −1.53% and DBR at +48.3%.

The grade column is the one CMC's compare page cannot print — our grade is computed from the contract itself (mint/freeze authority, liquidity, holder concentration). Changes are measured over the shared window stated on the chart, 2026-09-14→2026-09-27T15:10:18; a token with fewer measured points measures a shorter span inside it.
